I’ve spent 20 years behind the camera — but Solace didn’t begin there.

It started quietly.
In the in-between moments. In the ache of postpartum. In the endings that came with no warning, and the beginnings that terrified me.

I built this space not as a studio…
but as a sanctuary. (mine as much as yours)

A place for women to see themselves clearly — not through filters or poses or some male gaze, polished version of “sexy,”
but in their softness, their courage, their grief and new beginnings.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting to who you’ve always been.

You don’t need permission to feel beautiful. But you might need a reminder.

There’s a kind of bravery in letting yourself be seen.
Not the version you show the world — but the version underneath it.
The one who’s never seen herself this way before.

I photograph women at turning points.
Weddings. Babies. Breakups. Or no Milestone at all.
It could be just that quiet inner nudge: it’s time.
