Non-purchased images are deleted for both privacy and storage.

Any upgrades to your pre-paid collection must be paid in full on the day of your ordering appointment. Post-session payment plans are not available.

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

Pricing subject to change without notice, however, if your pre payment plan has commenced the price will not change.

We suggest booking your shoot 3-6 months in advance of a special occasion gift such as a wedding. We cannot guarantee printer or shipping/courier delivery times, so we estimate a 4-6 week turnaround from ordering appointment time (at a minimum). Film Scans could take longer.

Albums/Prints and Products will be delivered to and collected from our studio in Newcastle. To arrange postage, please let us know and we can give an estimate on postage/courier fees and times.
