Model Call — The Solace Muse Project

This is not a traditional model call.

I’m opening four spaces for women who feel curious about stepping into themselves quietly, bravely, imperfectly - in front of the camera.

These sessions are designed to create a new body of visual storytelling for Solace Boudoir.

We’ll be creating full editorial content together, this includes photography, video moments, behind the scenes and gentle interviews exploring what it means to be seen, to reconnect, or to simply show up as you are. You will need to be OK with this content being shared to social media platforms and the website to participate.

You do not need to be a model.

You do not need to know how to pose.

You only need to be willing.

 
 
 
 

✦ Who This Is For

I am intentionally seeking a broad and diverse representation of women.

This may include:

  • different ages and life stages

  • mothers, creatives, professionals, introverts

  • women who feel awkward, unsure, or “not the type”

  • women rediscovering themselves

  • brides, long-term partners, or women choosing themselves

Solace has always been about the female gaze, not perfection. So I’m not seeking size 8 blonde models (for example) who need content for their own usage.

If you feel drawn to this experience, you are exactly who I want to hear from.

Let me say this clearly:

You do not need to be a model.

You do not need to be 25.

You do not need to know how to pose.

I am intentionally looking for real women — including the ones who feel awkward, unsure, or like they’ve never quite seen themselves reflected in typical boudoir imagery.

Maybe you’re a mum.

Maybe you feel invisible lately.

Maybe you’ve spent years caring for everyone else and forgotten what it feels like to be seen.

Maybe you’re curious but also thinking, “I’m probably not the type.”

Honestly? Those are often my favourite sessions.

Solace has never been about performing confidence, it’s about discovering what’s already there.

 
 
 
 

✦ What We’ll Create Together

Selected participants will receive:

  • A full Solace Boudoir editorial session

  • Professional hair and makeup

  • Guided posing and direction

  • Photography + filmed content moments

  • A short recorded conversation/interview (gentle, conversational, nothing performative)

This content will be used across Solace Boudoir platforms including:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Educational or storytelling projects

  • Future promotional material

 
 

About The Creative Direction

This project is an editorial collaboration rather than a traditional boudoir booking.

Each session will follow a predetermined visual direction, styling approach, and emotional tone designed to create a cohesive body of work.

While your individuality and story are deeply valued, wardrobe, styling choices, and creative decisions will be guided by the overall vision of the project.

If you are seeking a fully personalised boudoir session designed around your own creative preferences, a standard Solace session may be a better fit.

This space is for women who feel excited about stepping into a shared creative vision together.

INVESTMENT

Because this project is being created with a specific editorial vision, professional hair and makeup is included for every participant to ensure consistency and care across the series.

An investment of $250 for the hair and makeup artist of this experience, honours the time, artistry, and preparation that goes into creating something truly special together.

This is a collaborative space - not a traditional session - and is designed to feel both generous and intentional for everyone involved.
